Meet Cheryne


Cheryne Blom is a Master Coach, Author of The Courage to Be You, podcast host, and thought leader who’s passionate about guiding others toward a life of Calm, Clarity, and Confident-Courage.

Drawing on her own transformative life experiences, Cheryne helps individuals shed outdated patterns, uncover their true selves, and align their lives with what truly makes them happy and fulfilled.

For 20 years, Cheryne has been teaching her signature Mind-Focus Meditation and has been facilitating retreats in Australia and Bali since 2010.

Question 1: Where is the retreat held?

In a tranquil nature setting within 90 minutes of Melbourne (exact location shared upon booking).

Question 2: What is included?

All workshops, meals, accommodation, and retreat materials are included. Each person also receives a 60-minute Pre-Retreat Coaching Session and a 30-minute Post-Retreat Integration session with Cheryne.

Question 3: Do I need prior experience with meditation, qi gong or coaching?

Not at all. All activities are guided and designed for all levels.

Question 4: How many women attend?

We keep the group small and intimate (maximum 12 women) to ensure deep connection and personalised support.

Question 5: What is the investment?

We want our retreat to be accessilbe, affordable and flexible. We offer private accommodation and twin share. Pricing will be disclosed during your discovery call. Payment plans are available plus you can book in with a friend and save!
